## OVERALL CREATIVE BRIEF
Create a two-sided scientific educational comic / manga-style research abstract based on an MSc research project investigating whole-blood donation intensity, iron depletion and risk heterogeneity across ethnic groups.
The comic should feel like a **short human story that gradually becomes an epidemiological investigation**.
The reader should begin by following one fictional regular blood donor and believing that everything is straightforward:
“I donate blood. I feel fine. My haemoglobin is okay.”
The story should then reveal that haemoglobin does not tell the entire story about iron stores, introduce ferritin and cumulative donation exposure, and finally zoom out from the individual donor to a population-level epidemiological investigation.
The comic must communicate scientific information accurately but accessibly.
Do NOT portray blood donation as dangerous or discourage donation.
The central message is:
**Blood donation saves lives, but repeated donation can place different demands on donors' iron stores. Understanding donation intensity and differences in risk may help inform better donor protection.**
The visual style should be sophisticated scientific manga / graphic medicine rather than childish cartooning.
